Complaint / review / scam report

On 14 January 2022 I had my Audi A6 2.4 on a flatbed taken to Rumble Auto Works to have only to have the Tensioner and chain replaced. The owner, Stuart Rumble advised me it will be a lengthy process and rather get another engine of which he can get. After a while I said why not. It all came together to R25 000 (labour inclusive). I deposited R13 000.00 into Mr Rumble's account, of which I have to pay the balance of R12 00.0.00, after installing the new/ 2nd hand engine. After two attempts to obtain the correct engine everything failed. Mr Rumble could not get the correct engine for my car. I requested to have the Tensioner and chain installed, cause that was basically what I needed to have done as the engine needs to get out and also that was the results of the diagnostic test. Mr Rumble refused to disclose the matters to me if ask how far my car is. His words to me is "I already explained to your wife". Come on...who paid for the car, who's car is it. Then Mr Rumble tell me my valves are bent, this is wrong, the piston, the sleeves, the engine is at the engineers etc. On 4th March I again ask Mr Rumble and said I will get my car on 18th of March. I asked him why and refuse to answer me. All he said he is busy. I left it as is. On Monday, 14th of March I again text Mr Rumble if the agreement still stand. No response. After a while as I am persistent, he told me he already spoke to my wife. Seriously it is no 2 months and 1 day. What make me more aggrieved, he still says I still owe him. I already gave him R13 000. I also told Mr Rumble that I am not happy with his services and my partner and I agreed that we count our losses (R13000), go fetch our car and get someone else. No ways.
