My parents went to the Kia branch near 14th Avenue to see the Kia Rio as my mom is looking for a new car. There was no demo model to test drive and was told that she will be phoned on Monday when they will be receiving a demo model for test driving purposes. It is now Thursday, and no feedback has been received. I thought car salesmen/women were the ones to chase after the customers, not the other way around.
