I bought a hyundai i20 in Jan 2013 the 16th, I have not received my service book, car registration documents and the service is terrible. I requested the manager to call me back as he was unavailable however to date I am still waiting. I call every second day and still nothing from their side but empty promises. Is this representing the whole of Hyundai or is it just this one? I am highly disappointed and frustrated at their service.
this is totally unaccepted and something has to be done
