I PAID FOR PETROL AT THE GREYLISTAD TOTAL FILLING STATION WITH MY DEBIT CARD, THE TERMINAL SAID DECLINED BUT I IMMEDIETLY GOT AN SMS FOR THE BANK CONFIRMING THAT THE TRANSACTION WENT THROUGH. THEY SAID I HAVE TO PAY CASH BECAUSE THE CARD DECLINED, I DID THAT AND WENT MY WAY. I THEN GOT A BANK STATEMENT THAT CONFIRMED THAT THE TRANSACTION DID GO THROUGH, I TRIED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER WHO SAID I MUST DRIVE FROM JHB TO GREYLINSTAD TO SHOW THEM THE STATEMENT. I DEMANDED TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER OF THE STATION, WHEN I GOT HOLD OF HIM HE WAS VERY AND ABUSIVE TOWARDS ME. HE TOLD ME IT WAS MINE AND THE BANKS PROBLEM NOT HIS. HE SAID HE DOES NOT NEED MY AN MONEY. THEN HE PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME SAYING YOU.IS THIS HOW TOTAL SA TREATS BLACK PEOPLE IN SOUTH AFRICA? THEIR CONTACT DETAILS ARE 0176830004/0844804680
