MY CAR COMPARTMENT DAMAGED BY CITROEN STAFFS

I TOOK MY CAR IN FOR RECALL AS ARRANGED BY CITROEN AND I WAS TOLD I WILL GET THE CAR BACK THE OTHER DAY.I RECEIVED A CALL FROM ELISE WHO I LEFT THE CAR WITH THAT THE CAR IS FIXED.WHAT I NOTICED WHEN I GET INSIDE WAS THE COMPUTER SETTINGS WAS NOT OK, I ASK HER FOR THAT TO BE FIXED COUPLED WITH OTHER THINGS IN THE CAR AND IT WAS BUT ON MY WAY, I WANTED TO KEEP MY VALUABLES INSIDE THE COMPARTMENT INSIDE AND I NOTICED THERE'S A CABLE THIGHT USED WHICH MAKES THE BOX NOT ACCESSIBLE, IMMEDIATELY I RETURN BACK AND I ASK ONE OF THE WORKERS TO CUT I, IMMEDIATELY HE DID THAT THE COMPARTMENT WAS WIDE OPEN AND I ASK FOR ELISE TO REQUEST WHY IT WAS LIKE THAT COS I NEVER LEFT IT OR MY CAR WAS NOT LIKE THAT.ONE OF THE WORK ADMIT HE USED THE CABLE TIGHT BUT THEY DIDNT WANT TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TOTAL DAMAGE TO IT. A CAR IN GOOD CONDITION CAME BACK SPOILED BY CITROEN.
