First Car Rental
FIRST TOOK R4000 FRM CREDIT CARD & DIDNT RETURN

I paid for my car rental in full R1292 on 25 December 2014.
I collected my hire car on 9 January and was told FIRST would take a holding deposit of R4000 which would be refunded 24hours after my return.
I returned the car on 16 January.
It's now 29 January and DESPITE 5 emails to their site, a complaint on Hello Peter I still have had no feedback or MY MONEY FROM FIRST.
