I gave my driver's license and was given someone else's reservation?
Was offered a vehicle and declined it and asked for another. When I inspected the car noticed the tyres we worn and asked for another car. For me this is a safety issue. Nothing else was available so asked to be upgraded. But this was not even considered
Made the Executive operations manager aware and he went out of his way to tell me I am not correct in my claim and would not consider upgrading me. He tried very hard to show me I am wrong.

Not sure where this slogan comes into effect or even gets applied in their daily work environment.
Why do Insurance companies deal with such Companies?
What ever happened to the customer is King/right.
