What I paid for was not delivered

I was quoted and paid for the limo hire on the 12 Oct for the 13 Oct but didn't receive or given any courtesy to be informed in due course of any changes. When I called Luis Antunes at 2pm on the 13October to check if everything was on track he to me and said yes the limo is on the way! However when I called him after 3pm to inform him that the incorrect limo was sent I was rudely spoken to and it was implied that 8 people must try to fit in the 6 seater or he will instruct the limo driver to return. I am sure no professional and ethical business threatens clients. To not further ruin our evening planned I agreed to see if we can fit and requested reimbursement to be sorted on the 14 October. I sent an email and no response from the company.
Unfortunately we had to squeeze and sit cramped for a long drive and the road worthiness of the limo sent was highly questionable! We booked with this company thinking it was highly reputable but our nite was ruined and our safety was in jeordardy. I will be taking this up with Consumer Protection Board. Companies that cheat and rip off clients shouldn't be operating.
