Furniture was arranged and paid for to be picked up by Spot-On Movers (who use Intertrans' vehicles) on Sunday 05-02-2013. The vehicle only picked up the good last night at 23h00. The furniture and boxes were left in the rain while a few other things were done before loading.
The furniture was ment to arrive today 05-02-2013 from Kempton Park to Kloof in Durban. We have just learn't that the goods are in a warehouse in Johannesburg and will not be leaving any time soon.
The lady who is moving is 70 years old, she has no idea where she is staying tonight!
Intertrans has made no effort to sort any of this out. Michelle, who answers the phone keeps promising our calls to be returned and yet nothing. Stephen, who works at the company, is on leave and has no interest in sorting out the situation.
Narin Premlall who is apprantely the owner of the company according to Stephen, is in Australia.
Pathethic service, unreliable and unresponsive company who does not deserve to be in business.
