Poor service

Took my car, Fiat Stilo, to the dealership as it was misfiring and there was a loss of power on 04/01/13. We were told they could not help us till the 23rd. After a little arguing, the service manager agreed to look at the car, a few days later informed us it was the coils & spark plugs. The bill was R4, 200. When I called to follow up on date of collection, was informed they were waiting for parts because the car was still misfiring, so to start with, the car was incorrectly diagnosed. The following 2 weeks we waited for a quote, were informed the valves were damaged, the engine was with the engineers & they were waiting for parts. At this point, 25/01/13 I called Fiat Customer Care. Was told the incorrect parts were delivered & the correct parts would be delivered on 28/01/13 . Again I had to call to follow up, no such thing as keeping the client updated on progress to date. Was promised my car on 30/01/13. Was then desperate for means of transport being without my car for almost 4 wks, demanded a courtesy car. Again my car wasnt ready. Courtesy car was dirty, no fuel, shudders when applying brakes & pulls to the right. Car still not ready, again incorrect parts!
