Misleading and dishonest service

The quoted cost and the eventual, multiple debits to my account (to my surprise) are not the same. The best part of this ordeal by far is the last minute deposit of R5000 that has still not been refunded after the 24hr waiting period, 5 days later. The car was given to us with a "full" tank. When we filled the tank at the end of the day, double the expected amount was dispensed... much to our surprise. Either Woodford "Exclusive" Rentals provides seriously inefficient cars, or the onboard computer is incorrectly displaying fuel usage, or... the tank was in fact not full. When I raised this point with the manager, he disdainfully agreed to "look into it" but could not make any promises. I raised my complaint with Ahmed at the Durban Head Office today (15/01) who has yet to provide the supposed confirmation from their acquiring bank that the refund (I thought it was supposed to only be a reservation of funds) was still being processed...
