Unfair Charge meant to be a Warranty Claim

The first issue I had with my 2012 Ford Focus Sport, was at 8000 km when I had to have my brakes changed under a warranty claim because they were worn out, they did that no issue, then at just over 18, 000 km the engine started making a horrible noise, they investigated and decided to replace the engine under a warranty claim, when they took the engine apart they found that the clutch was burnt out, then all of a sudden they decided not to replace under warranty claiming driver negligence, so now it's my fault they gave me a faulty car, and they slap me with a R10, 900.00 bill for it, I find this to be absolute BS for a brand new car under 20, 000 km to have so many faults, when I tried to query this with the Manager of Ford The Glen, JHB he literally on the top of his voice so that the entire dealership could hear and were looking at us, told me that he has been doing this for 20 yrs, and if I take this any further is will cost me R2500 for the investigation, and Ford with charge me for the hole engine replacement, threatening and strong arming me into paying, cause he has my best interest in mind so I should rather just pay it instead of getting stuck with an even bigger bill.
