Shocking Service & Overcharged & Ignored

Car booked in for service and tow bar fitting. They took an extra day for the work only to tell me when Ifetched my car that they had not even done the requested service. They charged my credit card without supplying an invoice and I stupidly trusted that they had done all the requested work. Only when i was in my car did i notice that the items I requested had not been done and, as a result, I was just over-charged on the tow bar by R3, 000! My car had been parked in, when I eventually lost patience and went in search of someone to move the offending vehicle, I found the branch manager playing pool with his mates, ignoring my pleas to get his staff to move their double-parked car. As I had to rush off, I immediately phoned them to clarify the issues, demanded an explanation and never heard from anyone again. When I received an sms asking for feedback on my "service experience" with kia I responded with a resounding NO but never heard from anyone. I phoned again to get a resolution to being overcharged and received no response. I now have to get my Sorento to it's 1st service since buying it new 8 months ago and I am frightened of being ripped off again and being ignored.
