I recently ordered a new car through VW Umhlanga, and as the vehicle was needed promptly for work purposes, I paid for the vehicle in full, in cash up front, as this assured me of a prompt and speedy delivery, according to the sales person.
The vehicle was due to be delivered on Monday the 10-06-13, 5 days later and I still have not taken delivery of the vehicle and further more the sales person and Dealer principal have not replied to my e-mails requesting feedback and a definite delivery date.
I am not only disappointed in the lack of after sales service, but feel tremendously let down by the VW brand.
If the car was not needed as desperately for work as it is, I would cancel my order and request a refund, and gladly take my business to a competitor brand.
