I used this service station to replace a clutch on my Mitsubishi Triton on the 18th Dec. I specifically asked to be kept up to date on any further costs of work to be done (CV boots had to be replaced). This was not done and I had to pay whatever was due AFTER the work was done, a lot more than I wanted to spend at that time. Driving home I discovered a new "huge" vibration at a certain rev. and speed. I phoned the service station and they told me to bring the vehicle back the next day. Both the mech. and the owner drove the vehicle and admitted that there is a vibration. The owner said that I should bring back the vehicle on the 6th January as they are closing for the festive season. I took it back on the 7th and left the car there until today the 10th. I was informed that they had to replace a gearbox mounting and had to pay R901 BUT the problem is not resolved yet. I refused to pay for the bracket, it did not solve the current problem. At the end of a huge disagreement I was basically told it was my word against theirs and it could have been there before. I was told not to drive the vehicle on such low revs (1800) and take it up with the RMI. Frik Nel Motors are NOT RECOMMENDED!
