Vehicle was in acident, 2008, seats and dash never replaced. Spares weren't available for 2 y because new vehicle in SA. Quote was R6148, brokers moved insurance company. Vehicle went in April 2011 to replace dash and seats. Guard risk refused to pay claim. Auto perfect requested money, sent claim to Ombudsman. They didn't' help. 2 months after vehicle ben there a guy phoned I must bring vehicles papers he wants to sell the vehicle. Feb 2012, failure at ombudsman. Auto P wants R50 000 before releasing. Wesbnk wouldn't' help. David, lawyer, no help. Acording to bank, no signature of owner no storage fes are allowed to be charged. Auto P wants now R142 000 for vehicle. They have no prof of signature. In periode vehicle there, 7 fines, R3100. Made a case open at police station, driving vehicle without permittion. Affidavit by Auto P, test driving vehicle. No response or help from police. Vehicle in accident 25 Feb 2013, driven by their employes. We have new lawyer. Vehicle stil in their posesion. When to Auto P, 26 Feb 2013, request to see vehicle. Not even at their premises.
