On 07 November 2013 I contacted Allroader motors recarding an advertised vehicle. I informed the person known to me as Morne that I am interested in the vehicle and will fly down to Durban to purchase the vehicle. He informed me that there is a few lights on on the dashboard that needs to be reset, and the convertable roof is not working. I told him that is ok, but I need the rest of the vehicle like engine and gearbox to be ok. And he guaranteed me that it is. I flew down and bought the vehicle n the word that the vehicle is in a goood condition. I contacted Morne the Mnday and informed him the gearbox is faulty and he must find out how to fix the problem. I further spend R9358 so far on repairs, and will a replacement gearbox cost me a further R12500 excluding labour.(This excludes fixing the roof) and is it only repairs on electrical compnents. I informed Morne that I want to cancel the deal and is he currently not answering my calls.
