VERY VERY VERY POOR SERVICE

We have a vehicle needing a repair to the power steering. We took it to Peugeot to investigate the matter and they informed us that a part must be ordered from France as it is not kept in South Africa. We instructed ordering of the part on 24/7/13 via Anthea. We received an email from Peugeot to inform us that we must bring the car in on 23/8/13 (today) for the part to be fitted and fixed on the car. After we dropped the car this morning we received a call to fix little thing on our window which we never requested. Then only after a while we received a call from Barbara informing us that they only found out now that the part will only be delivered and available on Wednesday! I find is very difficult to believe that there is not courtesy car available as we are clearly left with a great inconvenience without a car plus no part after so many weeks. We do imports ourselves and we know that mechanical parts can be flown in to SA in a matter of days. Surely the dealership could have gotten this information earlier this week prior to us taking the car to them. I find it difficult to believe that this is the kind of service and poor planning you associate yourselves with. DISGUSTED!
