So VW SA decided to called me regarding their product that i complained about, for those who don't know the bonnet of my BRAND new (hahahaha) VW polo was not fitted properly and VW hadn't volunteered to fix it until more than a year later, some lady called me and said she would get VW four ways to fix it, and then there was nothing, no phone call, no e-mail, no follow up... what a disgrace and this is the country we live in, service delivery, So much for CPA... maybe i should go research this with them!!!
