A few months back I went to hyundai as my reverse gear, tends to stick, I was told to run through all my other gears in order to 'activate' my reverse gear. Months later my car has started to jitter and shake, though it's only a year old. I assumed it was alignment and balance, and took it to Supaquick to get it sorted. But afterwards my car still felt unstable. I went to Hyundai and after having zero success with poor service, my mother went in to deal with them, after some arguing she got them to test the car and they confirmed it was acting up. But I was told to return my car to supaquick, as they believed it was still alignment, and if it persisted they would take the car in, no questions asked. I went to supaquick, they redid the alignment and the problem persisted. When I went back to an empty waiting room at hyundai this morning, I was greeted with indifference by the receptionist, and after I managed to explain the situation again. I was told to wait, whilst the employees went about having casual conversations, and promptly ignoring me whit no updates about the situation. I have never met such rude unprofessional people...
