Audi's poor service

Bought Audi Q5 brand new. Not even 10 000 on the clock the tyres starts flaking and eqperienced braking problems.
Tyres was replaced twice
Car was to be delivered 24 December. Yesterday they said they will start working on the car!
No feedback
Telephone lines to Audi Sandton dead today
Still no feedback after numerous e-mails (they may not send out e-mails to customers!) and phone calls
Pathetic service from Audi & Imperial Holdings!
