Warranty funds not paid over to supplie

Good dayPlease could I request advice and assistance in respect of the followingmatter. I purchased a vehicle last year (2013) January, when purchasing the vehicle Ialso purchased a warranty through SA Warranties. I have now experienced problems and wish to make use of my warranty however, when contacting SA Warranties today, they have no record of my warranty inplace with them. When returning to the Vehicle dealership, I was informed that all previousemployees had been dismissed due to various irregulatories. I am now concerned that the monies paid over to the dealership in respect of the purchasing of a warranty was never placed with SA Warranties. I have a signed OTP with MIO SA's letter head information on it, stating thatI have purchased the Ruby Cover Plus option, my Terms and Conditions documentsalso notes that I accepted the Ruby Cover Warranty through SA Warranty.
