Ad service at Kia diep rive

On the 30December 2013, I went to Kia diepriver looking to purchase a 1.2 kia picanto automatic. I was met by chaun boordenhorst, a salesperson who then told me they had no stock. I asked him to look up on the system to check which branch had stock. He told me NO stock in the country. He told me I would wait for 4to 6months for stock if I wanted a 1.2 kia picanto auto. He convinced me that there was no difference in 1.0 kia compared to the 1.2 kia. He mentioned to me all the extra accessories could be fitted. Chaun assured that car would be ready for collection 6jan, as he needed to register the car etc. On the 3jan I got a call from sales manager to sign paperwork as ther books were closing. I signed acknowledgment of delivery at 4.30pm on 3january. After I signed I was told to collect the car 6january. I found out kia tygervalley had stock of the car I wanted for 4months already! and now kia diepriver is refusing to cancel my deal. Martin lewis the dealer principal has threatened me with legal action if I don't collect the vehicle. I want to exercise my consumer right to cancel within the cooling off period. Martin lewis is harassing and threatening me to collect the car.
