I bought a car for R100 000 rand from Inspectacar Smith Street. After A WEEK of driving it started making horrible noises and I could not Drive it. As if I wasn't angry enough about the car malfunctioning after only a week, they then said that I have to wait until the festive season is over because the repair shop was shut down. I have now been waiting A MONTH!!! The repair shop then re-opened but I have still not gotten my car back!!! I phone EVERY SINGLE DAY when they say its gonna be ready and they keep telling me its gonna be ready the next day! How long is this going to go on FOR??? I'm paying the bank monthly installments of R2300 BUT NOW I HAVE TO PAY FOR A MONTH WHERE I HAD NO CAR!!! Especially during my long awaited leave, I was stuck at home day in and day out!! I want Inspectacar to pay this months installment of my finance. I also want my car returned in IMPECCABLE CONDITION. Because how am I supposed to drive a car that malfunctions in the first week???!!! The least they could have done is given me a replacement car. They even refused to give me the number for anyone above them that I could speak to.
