Our car broke down in Bloemfontein on the Sunday before Christmas. On Monday morning my husband contacted Bloemfontein Toyota and they arranged to have it towed to their workshop. Even though they had 47 cars booked in for services for that day they still took the time to have a look and assess the damage. The said that would have to order a part from Johannesburg but it would take a few days because of Christmas but they suggested another garage who would be able to assist us and arranged for this to be done. After all of this they refused to accept any payment.
That is why we buy Toyotas. Thank you
