Bad attitude, Service at Toyota

Toyota Umchlanga is an absolute nightmare to do business with. I had to go all the way there to pay for my parts which will be there the next morning. Needless to say only one of the 3 pieces arrived. Even though you paid in cash, no cash refund, so you have no choice. 2 days later, Chandler promises to phone me back after I refused to phone the factory myself as suggested by him. No call, I get there, he has gone to the airport.
There was no manager to assist me so I have to accept that you allow the staff to run your business.
Customers obviously can wait. 6 days later and my spares arrive, so I send for them and 2 of the three arrives at my shop. Chandler FORGOT THE OTHER 1, maybe because it arrived so long ago. Chandler will phone and deliver. NO CALLL. I had to call him to BEGGGGG him to sort me out. NEVER AGAIN CMH TOYOTA, I will use other agencies or do without.
You are bad for our business.
