11-12-2013- took car for a timing belt change, was informed that they would contact me if additional work needed to be done
13-12-2013- took car back as they missed that the crank shaft seal was leaking. They fixed this.
17-12-2013- took car back as I experienced a shuddering and the engine light came on. They ran diagnostics & found that the crank shaft sensor triggered the engine light. They reset the sensor.
19-12-2013- took car back, car was sluggish &the engine light was back on. Found that the timing was incorrect on the timing belt, they fixed this, then dropped the car at my work.
The manager was friendly &helpful.
My issues are:
1) The timing belt change was not done efficiently &they put my engine at risk.
2) The feedback was terrible, I had to phone& request feedback, which I did not get until I phoned again.
3) I took the car to them FOUR times, they wasted my time at a critical time as I had to leave work to take the car in.
On my request, they did a visual shock inspection &found one shock to be leaking. AFTER WASTING MY TIME, they could not find time to fit the shock.
All of this could have been done once properly. I was INCONVENIENCED.
