I Posted about my bad service an how unhappy i was i got turned away in a dogie area by a sales person. I have heard back almost immediately from higher management with there apology and how they are all for customer service and that they would take measures towards the person involved. I thought that was it, i receive a message as a follow up to ensure me it will not happen again. I got the one on one service from Lombard Management and piece of mind and will go back to them as i know if i have issues higher management are quick to respond and resolve.
