Ford customer care would report back

My new Ford Ranger 3.2 Auto 4x2 brokedown on December 29, 2013 with 30000km. Ford towed the car to the Port Shepston (County Ford) where they discovered that the engine had packed up. To date they cannot find a replacement engine apparently because they've had too many engine replacements during this festive period. Earlier in the week the agency could not tell of when will the car be fixed, I got hold of Ford SA customer service on tuesday morning, I reminded them again on Wednsday and they said they have a 24 hour turn around time and till now nobody has got back to me. They're rediculous, sadly this is my second new Ford bakkie not to mention the other used that I've had before, I should have known.
