I could have serviced my car and done a better jo

I was going to let this slide but after what happened today it wouldn't be just to me or any of their potential customers to keep this quiet. I booked my car in for a service on 13 Dec 2013 and because the place was too far from my home my husband and I decided to kill time by going to the nearest shopping mall as we had been told that they only needed 4 hours to finish the service on the car. We returned from the mall 5 hours later & the guy had not done anything. We had to sit there for another 2/3 hours & watch the guy idling & not seeming to know what he was doing. They didn't give us a report of what needed to be replaced besides telling us that the V belt was worn out. The very obvious items that we knew needed to be replaced were the break-light, the break pad/disc and the reverse light. When we left the service station the car was leaking oil - when we informed the manager who didn't seem interested. We took the car back to the station only to find out that the guy had put in the wrong oil filters. I'm fed up now because my husband got stuck on his way to work as the car suddenly wouldn't go over 30 km an hour. Now a professional service station would have detected this!!!
