Best service! Repeat customer!

After I had exceptional service on 28th of December (!!) last year from Renault Bryanston (Allwyn came to my house and sorted out a battery problem, thus saving our holiday trip), I decided to call them in June when I wanted to replace my car with a newer pre-owned model. I experienced a major difference between car-shopping online (as I had thus far) and making use of the expertise of a dealership: Rolan went all out finding me exactly the car I wanted, at a very good price (slightly higher than what I wanted to spend, but much newer and lower mileage, and a better model!). Then, as I needed a spare wheel, he went town to sort out the parts needed to fit the spare wheel and the wheel itself.

So when my husband's Audi had the second turbo problem in 13 months and was met with a shockingly uninterested non-service response at Lindsay Saker (after spending R100 000 the previous year in repairs!), we gave Renault Bryanston a call again. And again, within 1 day, they sourced a perfect pre-owned Megane 1.9 tdi, fitted the desired parking aid, and we got a new car in less than a week! Perfect service, guys!
