Its took them 2 weeks to do service on our car and they dont call for updates and how long it will take them.

NO 1 TOLD ME THAT A BATTERY NEEDS TO BE REPLACED! THANKS TO WESBANK FOR NOT ALLOWING THIS.
I WENT TO THE OFFICE AND OPENED WHERE THE BATTERY IS, ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THE TERMINAL IS DIRTYYY!!!
I mean how do you service a car and not check terminal if they are clean?
I wonder who was working on this car and the person who suggested that its the battery!
