I have had my fair share of dealings with this dealership, and after visiting Emond auto, I realized that I don't have to quietly accept pathetic service from people whom are not willing to assist clients. I had a issue with the battery in my car on Saturday and the first thing I did was contact Williams hunt to enquire if I could bring it in for a battery or diagnosis, Clive from the dealership informed me that there was no auto electrician to diagnose, and also that because my car was covered with motorite they won't entertain claims on Saturday, I explained that I need the car fixed for work on Sunday, but this did not even appeal to them there and he only offered to book it in on Monday, yet I was assisted so efficiently and effectively at Emond auto. I will no longer have any dealing with this dealership, due to this and also if you are willing to do a quick excercise, you will find on Hellopeter that Williams hunt has in the last 365 days received 50 complaints and 6 compliments, and Emond has received 0 complaints and 3 compliments, which is not merely as much as they deserve for treating clients with some dignity.
