I aranged a move from PTA to CT on the 23rd. The agreement reached and confirmed several times before departing was that I would catch a bus up and drive back with the truck on the 23rd as far as I understood I would meet Peter the agent pay and depart with the truck to load my things and go. This was not the case instead I was told the truck would meet me at my storage.after 10am I confirmed this with Sam a manger. I paid Peter and went to my storage .. After waiting for 4 hours a truck half full and to small to accommodate my things arrived .. The driver couldn't drive and destroyed the garden at the place .. Long story short the truck left and I never did the move. There are not enough charecters to explain in detail what exactly happened but I will be placing articles in as many newspapers as I can warning the public not to trust this company.. The result is that not only have I waisted allot of money I can't afford my wife and 3 kids 5, 2 and 10m are sitting alone in ct in an emty house with only a blow up mattress. I am now stuck in PTA and missing my youngest first x mass. Sam and France another manager didn't even care what was done they tried to shift blame as did Peter ..
