When our Volkswagen kombi broke down during a long weekend, on a Saturday afternoon, we phoned several mechanics and garages including Rola Volkswagen, but only Coenraad from Hi Q in Hermanus, was willing to come out and help us. He charged the battery and took us to an auto electrician because Hi Q doesn't work with alternators (which was the actual problem).
