On 14/06/2013 Ermelo Volkswagen replaced the oil pressure switch on my Gold 4 Estate. When picking up the car the person said that if this doesn't solve the problem they will have to look for the problem somewhere else. On Saturday 15/06/2013 the car broke down completely and didn't even want to start. After a huge struggle and numerous phone calls they fetched the car the Tuesday afternoon, very late. Since then we made numerous phone calls to enquire what the problem with the vehicle is but since today they didn't even open the car to look at the engine yet. I know they are probably busy but this is unacceptable! This is the only vehicle for my mom to drive and we had to make a plan for her for another vehicle as Volkswagen didn't have a courtesy vehicle. According to CJ, who was on leave on Friday, there was a car available from Friday 21/06/2013 but nobody even tried phoning my mom to inform her of the vehicle.
