I took my car in for a service at Volkswagen Lenasia, my car came back with no radiator cap (there is oil in this compartment and is covered by a cap, they did not put my cap back). Secondly, I had a fuse-box on my car battery replaced, my car came back with my battery loose, and now it shifts whenever I drive. I am so disappointed and so angry at the fact that they treated me so poorly as a customer, I paid money for this and the service delivery was just utter disgusting. Thirdly, I had an electrical problem and I asked them to inspect it, they instead told me that this would take weeks and referred me to someone outside of the Volkswagen group. I mean seriously? this is a Volkswagen car, and you telling me it will take weeks to figure out, I must go to someone else. I'm utterly appalled. So disappointed!
