I arrive at the Avis counter to pick up the car only to find that it's been booked in my colleague name who missed flight and happened to still be in Joburg, naturally I became anxious and somewhat agitated as I was unfamiliar with the area and with a fear that I may have to sit at the airport for hours waiting for my colleague. Fortunately the gentleman with a great attitude and great sense of customer service at the counter informed me that I could change the driver details and went on to call the travel agent and the changes were done quickly which meant I didn't have to wait any longer. Therefore this serves as my appreciation for the great service rendered by this gentleman, his name is Donda, he not only served with a smile but he went an extra mile to resolve my challenges.
