I have a sister-in-law who is in a home in Johannesburg. Because she is in a wheelchair I have to post her Christmas parcel door-to-door every year. I have been using FEDEX now for a number of years, also for other purposes. I find them cheaper than any of the other courier services, and their staff is so helpful and efficient. I will continue to use FEDEX as to me this is an excellent company.
I only wish I could remember the name of the lady who served me on Friday 20th December. IF it were not for her, I doubt I would have been able to get my parcel to my sisiter-in-law on time.
