I bought a Nissan Hardbody from GWM Alberton in September, to date I have NO proof of purchase or any paperwork concerning this vehicle.
The license of the vehicle expired and after call and all attempts to get things sorted, to date, NOTHING has beem done even after speaking to the Dealer Principal (CECELIA) STILL nothing has been done. NO1 ever gets back to me with regards to my frustrations. Originial documents have been misplaced, maybe even thrown away and now this becomes MY problem. Oh not to mention that this was a cash deal... I can not see how you can struggle with paper work for months on end and then still get stinking attitudes from staff and the dealer principal. I am utterly disgusted!!! You can have your vehicle back and give me a refund and at the same time pay for the inconvenience and shunting around that I had to face for the past 3 motnhs!!!
