I called G&C on Friday, 20 December, 11:30AM, for a quote on a car service. The chap who answered the phone noted my contact and vehicle details and promised to get back to me 'soon'. Close of business Friday, no response from them.
I then called them back on Monday morning (23/12), and spoke to a chap named Jonathan, who again, took down my details and promised to get back to me. Up to today, 5 :30 PM, 27/12, still no return call from these guys.
Really? is business so good that you do no return customer's calls?
