I have been continuously asking for a report on a vehicle that we have had nothing but bad service on, but to no avail.
The vehicle is not even 2 years old, yet goes through Oil Filters like they are disposables. This is apparently a a fault in some of the NP200 according to a Nissan Technician. The vehicle is still under warantee however we now get told that the new problem is driver abuse, which we do not accept.
Four times I have given my e-mail address for the report and quotation, as yet, nothing.
Myself and the CEO of the company went to Nissan Woodmead on a Saturday, neither the sales manager, service manager or dealer principal were at work. I do believe that the salesman came back to us however that was when we were considering buying more Nissan vehicles
