How Does TNT expect to deliver on their
express service,
if it is not even possible to Give me The totals that needs to be paid to customs
i have been trying for 2 days to get this info from them
keep in mind we are paying for a 3-4 days service hence 2 days delay
due to incompetence, is unacceptable
My experience with TNT, rather take the economy option
as this is most likely the service you will receive at best
i merely expect what i am paying for
or refund a portion if failing to deliver services promised
