I was happy when my vehicle was referred to New Vaal by my insurance following the accident I had and was exited of the anticipated service, however they released my Insurance of any liabilities by advising that the water leak was wear and tear and not accident related, to add salt on the wound, they even made me buy a carburetor cap which in my view was absolutely unwarranted as their claims were unfounded because the leakage persist. I then raised the matter with the Workshop Manager who agreed to look at the vehicle however I had an overseas trip and couldn't take the vehicle in, so I sent them a message through their website to this effect and requested that they should arrange with my brother in-law for the vehicle to be repaired whilst I was away. Well this never happened and now I am back and my vehicle is still leaking water, are they expecting that the problem will just go away? The fact that I made them aware of this should have prompted them to ensure this is sorted out ASAP and not pretend it never happened and even ignore my request which I submitted using a channel provided by them.
