Accident occurred with a vehicle (CY35918) swerving in-front of my vehicle (CY173379) knocking me and then bumping into another vehicle (CY200817). My insurance claim was paid out however the vehicle causing the accident (CY35918) has no insurance and the 2nd vehicle that she bumped is claiming from me. The insurance for CY200817 is Europ Assistance (Pty) Ltd. After numerous telephone calls they handed me over to their lawyers, being DTB Incorporated. Collision: Motor Vehicles CY200817 and CY173379. Ref No: 240111026. This accident happened 14 May 2012. I would highly appreciate help with this matter.
