After employing Jack Wellsted to handle the moving of our furniture from Cape Town to Switzerland - of which they assured us it would take 8 - 12 weeks, we are still waiting, 5.5 months later. I was in Cape Town in April where I managed to speak to Denis Kaye about the move, he assured me that our furniture was leaving on May 5th, bound for the UK and then overland to Switzerland. I have heard nothing since, and there is no answer on their Cape Town number and nobody replies to emails. None of their other branch numbers work either. I have no idea what to do or who to call because we have no other numbers for them, or email contacts. We still don't have any of our furniture!
