My BMW Touring bike's ignition broke and I took the bike in for repairs. After hearing that the required part is not currently available and that it will take around 2 weeks to get here, I asked the Workshop Manager (Greg) if there was a possibility for me to get a loan bike for the time being. I was told that they could loan me a bike for a day or 2, but 2 weeks was a tall order. However, Udo (Dealer Principal) Greg and Dean (Sales) managed to pull some strings and have organised a loan bike for the 2 weeks - AT NO CHARGE! Really, this is the kind of service one would expect from one of the best motor companies in the world! You guys have made a life-long customer out of me! Accolades are well deserved!
