I booked my car in for an oil leak to be repaired. The car went in on Tuesday the 10th of December and the repairs could not be finished as BMW was out of stock of the oil filter. The car was at BMW for the whole day Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. When I collected on Thursday I was told there was one last thing that needed to be done and I should bring it back on Tuesday the 17th of December. Now I hear that the vehicle will again not be ready today. So, assuming I get my car back tomorrow, it will have been with BMW for essentially 5 full days! Obviously, no courtesy car available or even offered for that matter.

Boy, do I regret having bought my third BMW 2 months ago...
