Wesbank regional manage refused to respect the law

On Tuesday, the 26th November 2013 I bought a 2011 Hyundai i20 1.4. Yesterday morning, after careful and serious consideration, I'm going to find it difficult to continue with the instalment as time goes on. I came to a conclusion that the best thing would be to send the car back to the dealership whilst there's still time, before any instalment takes place.
I therefore emailed Billy Johannson a letter telling him of the above matter.
Today I spoke to the dealership; dealership said I should discuss this matter with the bank as they cannot help me. I spoke to the bank; the bank said I should speak to the dealership because they cannot assist. They will cancel the deal, once the dealership tells them to.
I finally spoke to the general manager of the Imperial GM, he said I should bring the car today, and he will fix all the relevant paperwork. Later on, he calls again and tells me to contact the general manager of Westbank and that he won't be taking the car back.
Doing so, the bank Regional manager (Albertus Daniel Laubscher) told me he will not take the car back. When I mentioned what the Credit Act says about this, he mentioned he knows no such law, and my attorney should write t
