ANZA Motors committing against SA Warranties:
December 2012, i took my vehicle to Anza Motors in Alberton North for a water pump replacement, the job was done, however i asked the consultant why did they charge so much if the part was not so expensive and he replied and said when i return in January, he will give me back a portion of the money that was claimed from SA Warranties for the water pump.
March 2013 I took my vehicle back to Anza Motors for a service, which in my suspicion was not done, as the service light is still on. I then took the vehicle back today (16.04.2013) and was told that they cannot seem to put he service light off after trieng for an hour and a half and will take it to a friend at BMW and i was told i cannot go with as they do not want me to see his (Auto-Electrician) "Tjommie". I then asked for my vehicles keys and left the premises and notified SA Warranties about the matter.
